The background is done with a balloon filled part way with rice, blot in the stamp pad and then onto glossy cardstock. I then stamped the Simple Stripes over the top.
The flowers and lower leaves are cut out and attached with a thick double sided tape to give dimension. The checked circle, upper leaves and bee are stamped on the cardstock. All images are colored with pad ink and aqua painter.
The ribbon is first tied in the knot then attached to the back with single sided tape for a tight fit.

Girl, you always take it up a notch!! That checkered circle is too cool and makes quite a statement! This looks so great it should be illegal!! PS: my flower was NOT cut out, it was masked (stampin 101). That was the most labor I put in on that card--feel like a lazy slacker up against this!
