This is a second TJ technique called Dyed Backgrounds and I twisted this one as well- this is a faux Maduzia Magic. I did not have to reheat the embossing, but had to add color with markers, then sponge in a circle to wipe the ink off of the embossing.
The background looks a little 3-D IRL. I like this alot- when I first made the BG, my husband said- yuck!!! Then he saw the card finished and he was impressed that it looked so much better. The Copper CS really highlights it.
