Polly has us playing with sequins, beads or gems in the WT challenge.
I made the star shaker last June thinking I would do a 4th of July card with it, but it never happened. It has sat on my craft room dresser since. I looked for beads, sequins, or gems and, of course, could not find any until I looked up and saw this shaker.
I can't even tell you how a bird house idea popped in my head, but it did. Everything was drawn and painted other than the shaker, bird and sentiment.
It is chunky and will have to be hand delivered or placed in a package.
Fun challenge, Polly.

Nancy, I think this is the cutest/prettiest shaker card I have ever seen! From the bg to the birdhouse with the little pudgy birdie...and then the added sparkle of the sequins. Fantastic!
Great card! I love the idea of a birdhouse shaker -- I don't think I've ever seen it before. Isn't it funny how a crafting element can sit around for months, or even years, until the perfect project for it comes along.
