SC1005 = I did add another element to make it four instead of three.
WCW202 = Daisy Flower Painting
I sketched and watercolored the daisies/bg ....being sure to "save my whites". I'm just not a big fan of masking fluid. The artist had a very dark bg which I did not do. Daisies seem a "happy" flower to me and I wanted to keep it light for a birthday card. Added some spatters. Cut around the edge where the striped DP would go. Voila!

Wow, Sallie, such a lovely card. I love your light and happy daisies and I love you did four and skipped the darker colors. Beautiful and inspiring as always! Hugz

The softness of your color palette and the subtle shading on your array of daisies shows us your experience with watercolor. This is springtime personified. Absolutely beautiful, Sallie. (By the way, my birthday is in May!)

Your watercolored daisies and background for the sketch challenge and Watercolor Wednesday challenge turned out beautifully! Your decision to keep the background light for a birthday card was a great choice, and the addition of spatters adds a playful touch. Cutting around the edge to accommodate the striped DP completes the design perfectly. Great job!
