When I first saw the teaser for this week's tea party, I thought I was going to be forced to skip this one, because I have absolutely no baseball stuff. But stars? Stars, I can do.
I started with the sentiment, which was cut from a page in DCWV's "Stardust" collection. Then I added the large gold and white star, which was cut from some packaging.
Then I was stumped for awhile. Searching for inspiration, I flipped through an old school textbook that I got from the local library's "Free" rack. That's where I found the picture of the man looking through a telescope with a city in the background.
After that, it was just a matter of assembling everything. I cut out the textbook image, framed it with gold cardstock (unknown), and stuck it to more paper from the "Stardust" collection. Finally, I added two smaller gold stars (unknown) to the sentiment.
