This was done following along with Sandy Allnocks glazing white roses watercoloring tutorial on YouTube. I decided that since the tutorial was mainly on layering on glazed watercolor to create depth that I dug through my open rose stamps looking for a big one. I did stamp it in grey ink as I knew I was going to be adding payne's grey to the painting and I figured I could touch up any edges that did not stamp completely. ( this is a big wood mounted stamp) there are more still shots on the blog here of the process along with a direct link to the video. Thanks for this challenge Kia & tfl.
