Wow. Feeling sad that we lost Carlene and I was one of the last to know - I need to pay more attention to the chats. She was always so supportive and talented.
These challenges were met with this card:
CC934 - this week's color challenge (the ink colors I used)
SC944 - the sketch I used here
CAS700 - sympathy
WT935 - Warm and cozy (imagine a warm Spring/Summer night at the pond - that is my scene)
FS835 - cased this card by Janine who is this week's Featured Stamper

Wonderful card to honour Carlene's memory. I love the glow of your colours. If it wasn't for the biting insects I could sit at the side of a pond for days. It is very calming when the bugs leave you alone. :-)

Nancy, this is an absolute beauty to send to John. I love all the challenges you were able to fit this in and create such an amazing card. My card one of the challenges I found Charlene was the last person to upload a card for the challenge so I felt honored to have a card next to hers in one of the galleries. John is going to love this wonderful card.

Wow, I thought your first CASE of Janine's card was your best CASE but now I am not so sure. This is stunning. I love the golden hues and those gorgeous dragonflies. I might need to add some more to my collection after seeing your two cards. I especially love the design with the popped up panels on the diagonal. This is so special Nancy. I think Carlene's family will be so touched and appreciative. Awesome card.

What a lovely tribute to Carlene, Nancy. Your coloring, and the placement of the elements is beautiful and restful. I know John will appreciate receiving this pretty card.
