I got the beak a bit out of proportion but I think it adds to his fierceness.
After I painted the owl, I was stuck. Charmaine's card inspired me to cut it down to card size, splash on some water (she water distressed hers) and add a three line sentiment to the bottom.

Another grand painting, Nancy. And, yes, he does look fierce. I imagine no dream escapes his quick talons and what a great and unexpected sentiment to add to this card. It's perfect! Love this.
