journalling reads:
today...
you wore long sleeves and jeans
you wanted to take a bath,
but I made you take a shower
you sat on katie
you had to be bribed to smile
you were "hungry" all day
your chicken pox spots were
getting smaller
you got strawberry syrup in
your milk
you were "a little grumpy"
you dipped your grilled chicken
in ranch dressing
you watched clifford
you played your letter game on
daddy's computer
you colored with markers
you talked to aunt emily on
the phone
you were excited about going
to preschool with adam
you ate chocolate chip
pancakes for "breaf-kist"
you made katie laugh
you wanted to be a puppy
your favorite color was blue
you read "are you my mother"
to yourself when you woke up
you were funny, pouty, silly,
challenging, and loud
you were loved because you
were you

aww--this is just the sweetest thing. I wish I had done something like this for my kids--they're both teenagers now. Hummm--can you imagine what THAT journaling would be like if I did it for them now!

Ha Ha, I read the journaling on your page before scrolling down to see that you typed it and it would have been easier to read. But I loved reading it, what a delightful page!
