This card took forever for me...I worked on it (on and off) for two days!! I was so frustrated trying to find the perfect background, I ended up using patterned paper, but I really wanted to use my bg stamps.
The girl is colored with Prismacolors and Gamsol. I followed a few tips from PrincessInk, but I'm still not as great as her!
The scalloped frame is cut with decorative scissors, and 'dream' is stamped with my new Snap-Stamps!! In fact, I was working on this card when my LSS called to say they were in (I had them on hold).
The center of the Prima is a rhinestone, held on with a mini glue dot.

This is time well spent! You did an enviable job on the coloring and the bg paper is just right. Sometimes paper works best and that 's OK, too! Love every detail in this card!
