Such a wonderful site Angie chose for the Inspiration Challenge. It took me a while, but I finally spied THIS fun ornament & I knew I had the perfect little flamingo image to use.
To make my card, I put the image into my Misti, stamped w/ Memento, colored w/ Copics then over stamped w/ Versafine. I added a few highlights in the water w/ a white gel pen then did a little fussy cutting on the top. I took another piece of white c/s & sponged the 3 Distress inks from dark to light from the top down & placed this behind my image. On the blue frame, I stamped the woodgrain bg w/ the sky blue ink to give it a little texture.

Wow!!! You used my favorite color combo on this, pink and blue! They are simply stunning together on your card. Truly relaxing image!!! Really cool how you added the sentiment on the frame and the flamingo!

What a wonderful card with the flamingo, inspired by the ornament!! I love the blue with the pink, and the framing is so nice. Thanks for sending me some warmth........we're getting more snow in a couple of days. RATS!

Ohhh, this just makes me feel peaceful, Julie. How I would love to be in that beautiful beach scene with your stunning colors. Beautiful sponging and the frame looks fabulous. Into my faves!
