Delighted that Robin's challenge gave me a chance to make a card that will do for my brother's birthday - I got the cog die-cut set with his birthday present to me . They're cut from white card and sprayed with gold spray paint.
Base layer is Brushos on watercolour paper.
Image stamped on kraft, embossed with clear EP and coloured with Twinkling H2Os (and ColorBox Frost White for the clock face. Used a southwest corner punch and inspired by susanbri (I'm pretty sure) upload for the recent WT score-based challenge, I scored in between the punched corners. Added my cogs, using eyelets and brads to attach them. Stamped my sentiment, and then it seemed to need something else so I stamped two clock hands, with a brad in the centre. Edged most of the base with a black marker.
