Showed patriotism using red, white and blue for the bg.
Used the shaving cream technique. Spread the shaving cream onto parchment paper and spread it smooth on top. Added dots of Oxide Inks around the top of the shaving cream. With a thin end of a paint brush swirled the colors in different directions.
For a final step added the bright yellow oxide ink and took the fine end and just pulled gently out the edges like a star.
Added shimmery white stars on foam tape as a final touch! TFL!!

Ok sis this has my daughter and I inspired to do more shaving creme technique!! But if I recall we already have a few that would fit too. Gorgeousness!!

This is more than gorgeous Ann! The Oxides must give better results as my attempts at this tech result in blah colors mostly. I will surely try using these inks, but doubt I could ever top this!!

Wow! What an amazing effect you achieved with oxide inks! The colors have a creamy, layered look of fluidity. Love the shimmery stars as the final touch!
