The back panel was done with alcohol inks and given a spritz of white. The jellyfish, fish, seahorse and scallop shell were colored with Copics before clear embossing.

Wonderful choice. Background is awesome. The speckles of white add a nice touch. Love all the do-dads around the die-cut. Underwater goodness. Very nicely done, with no stamps! TFS

Sallie, though I haven't been joining in on the challenges, I've been watching and lurking. I decided to come back with this challenge.
You have created a magical watery scene, that has me thinking of the Aquariums in Monterey, Ca. Your background and coloring of the sea life is beautiful!
As much as I love our new home, I miss the cooling fog.
