This is for Pam’s Color Challenge – Pink and Slate Sky, with optional baby theme – human or not. I needed a Baby Girl card for friends. I’ve always wanted to try a baby dresser card and this color comb gave me the nudge to do it. I started with a A2 card base folded at the top which I stamped with Hard Wood in Smokey Slate and stamped a second panel to cut drawers and topper. The card base bottom was punched half-way to make legs and a decorative edging. I cut drawers and sponged them. Then I cut a strip for the top and used a corner punch to give it a curved bottom edge. The baby things were stamped and die-cut. The flower stamp makes a cute drawer pull. It was a fun card to make. It was a little time consuming only because it was the first time to figure it all out, but pretty easy overall. I haven’t decided if I’ll put a sentiment on the front or just on the inside. I have to think about it. TFL

Oh, what a precious and creative card. I missed it this week and glad I saw it in the favorites.
