well, let's see... my craft file cabinet is filled with lots of previously made backgrounds... ( this one was done last year, it still smells like barbasol)Kim has a shaving cream challenge so, The hugs sentiments I stamped on a scrap and had angled across the "water" ( and I was really impressed with this because, I dont make angle cuts ok) and then I decided to tuck in the upside-down scrap and pop in some fibers and you know it just kinda built from there. added in the gems because, my seagull stamps are not quite right. ( but, would have been better) anyways, it barely makes it in the time frame and that whole panel is up on foam tape. thanks for this challenge Kim, & tfl.
