Mary is our hostess this week, and she has challenged us to use Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, and Pumpkin Pie on our projects. The dessert option is "Anything Goes." My dessert option is dots, dots and more dots!
I spend a lot of time watching videos. Sometimes I think it's too much time, but once in a while, a video makes a huge difference in the way I think about a stamp set, and a whole new vista is opened up for me. That happened this week, when I watched this by Nichol Spohr. What an inspiration! I'm almost ashamed to post the link! If you look at the video, you'll see my card is almost an exact duplicate of hers. Copy And Share Everthing! Right? (CASE)
I have been using the same white gel pen for about a year, and I've been resisting throwing it away. But after I watched the video, and saw how effortlessly the white ink flowed from Nichol's pen, I broke out a new pen and went kinda nutso! I think I used more dots even than she did! I love the effect the white dots make on all that black!
I didn't have the 5 x 7 dies that she used (on my wish list now!), so I cut a frame with my Portrait. Easy-peasy!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

I, too, love the look of the white gel pen dots - and mine has been misbehaving for a while, so I will have to check out what she recommends! Such a fun card, Barbara, and I think you have this technique down!!!!
