This is my card for CC624. Roberta is our hostess and she chose daffodil delight, garden green and blackberry bliss for her color trio. Dessert option this week is bling
I am using last week's layout from the SC633 challenge. Ally was the hostess on that one. I made another card using this samelayout but with different colors. See that one here.
My dsp on this card is from the Stampin'-Up "farmer's market" collection. I also used blackberry bliss ribbon as one of the sketch layers. All the dies are from CottageCutz. The Butterfly Cross is part of their new Spring 2017 collection.
For my bling, I used pearls on the butterfly. The greenery under the tulips is the snow bank from the Snowman w/Lamp Post die set. I cut it then placed it in the circle die and cut it again to get the rounded edge. Just another way to get more mileage out of the dies you already own.
Well, that's my sample. Hope you can find some time to join in with us this week. Check out all the DT samples for more inspiration. Also here is a link to our Color Challenge Board.

Lovely Easter card, Mary, religious, but also whimsical, with butterfly and flowers and the promise of spring. I love seeing how you use sketch challenges--they are always a "challenge" for me!

Lovely Easter card combining these various challenges. The color scheme makes for a dramatic presentation. The filigree cross die cut is a beautiful one.
