This card is for two challenges, the colour challenge found here CC623 - PERFECT ISLAND PARTIES - 2/21/17 by Karen B Barber at Splitcoaststampers
when I saw the colours Karen had chosen for this week they just screamed Christmas to me, although most colours scream Christmas to me so I guess that wasn't all that surprising.
Gorgeous colours that have worked well and I had the perfect DP too.
The touch of gold glitter lent itself perfectly for the stars which are done with Wink of Stella gold.
The second challenge this card covers is the Sketch Challenge found here Sketch Challenge 633 {02/22/2017} by thecircleguru at Splitcoaststampers
A perfect design to highlight an image so that is what I did.
I tried to stay as true to the Sketch as possible. I mounted the Perfect Plum and diagonal DP with the ribbon and image onto some craft foam before placing this onto the background DP from the SU All is Calm set which I had previously mounted onto some X-Press It Blending card as the base of the card and that's all folks

Great Christmas card. Love seeing Christmas cards any time of the year. I had to laugh about you liking any colors for Christmas. A woman after my own heart! Your ribbon/bow is beautiful! The snowman with the stars is a wonderful image. love it.

Love your snowman...so cute! And the ribbon is very clever for that one element of the sketch. I had to laugh at your comment about "most colors screaming Christmas"....how about orange?
