Hello TeaPotters around the world! I send out a beacon of light, Yaquina Head Light to be exact. And one from a classic Lighthouse set. Made in Paris in 1868 and shipped to Oregon, it was first lit in 1873.
We are blessed to have 11 working lighthouses along our gorgeous, rocky, cold water coast. Come visit!
My Yaquina was stamped on acetate with Stazon and then the body of white applied behind. It is the tallest lighthouse on the OR coast at 93 ft.
I slipped a ticket under the right corner. A ticket to elsewhere. Again come visit!
The background is a fabulous ef from Carta Bella I embossed on watercolor paper using two of the colors from Pam's Color Challenge, Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi. The third color, Wisteria Wonder is found as the base and the heart covering the state of Oregon.
Thank you Sabrina for issuing a heartfelt hope filled challenge to all teapotters today. And Pam, your color challenge breathes the hope of Spring into my gray day.
Sending xxxxx's and lots of ooooo's ....
