In Vancouver British Columbia we went from -9 deg C (+16 deg F) and snow for the last month to + 9 deg C (48 deg F) and raining this week. It has gotten rid of the icy side walks but it's funny the rain feels colder than the snow
So this weekÂ’s Way to use it challenge(lets warm up) is perfect for 2 reasons, one the weather and two I recently spent some money the Unity mega sale (54%off all stamps for 1 more day so you still have time). This is Harmony, IÂ’ve admired many cards made with her here on SCS.
I used liquid friskit to protect her face, hands, legs and handbag from the bister. Once it was dry I sprinkled blue bister over the outside and spritzed with water. I tried to control the flow of water so not too much flowed toward the image and mopped up any dark areas with kitchen roll if it did. Once it was dry I peeled off the liquid friskit and used my zigs to add a little colour. I think the bister gives a really bluster cold day.
I hope you like it

Christine, I love this! Some cool patterns with your mediums and she is a great image!! It does give the feeling of a storm - either a weather one or a personal one. Super cool. Hugz
