It took all week just to finish this card...I will comment when I get home from work.
Home from work and it is the weekend at last. The only reason it took all week to make this card is because I had to work in 10 minute increments....things just kept interrupting me. I was just going to make the bookmark during my lunch break on Tuesday and then post it that night...colored the tag but did not get time to post it. I used my NEW, BLUE spectrum noir markers to color the design. When I saw the Wed SC I found some OLD dp in the right colors and patterns and decided to use this week's sketch....did not have time to finish the card. Thursday rolled around and still the card sat on the dinning room table in pieces, when serendipity struck again. The WT called for OLD, NEW, BLUE, and BORROWED..The borrowed part is the sharpie markers that I used which used to belong you my sister. Well, everything that could go wrong did go wrong Thursday night, but it turned out to be another case of "SCS challenge luck". The F4A called for die cuts - the butterflies, and the MIX called for using a tag. What a relief to finish and finally post this card. TFL, Francie

Love those butterflies! You've put a lot of wonderful things into this card. Sorry you had such a rough time with this, but that's the way it goes sometimes. You ended up with a very beautiful card!

Oh, Francie, this is GORGEOUS! The colors and coloring are stunning...such beautifully rich colors that really pop out of the gallery! So nice to see a new card from you too! And, yes, I totally get the step-by-step...inch-by-inch process of making a card. But it sure ended up to be perfection! I love it, and woohoo about using it for FIVE challenges. That's serendipity indeed! You are such an artist, Francie, and I really love your coloring...great you got the new blue Spectrum markers. Hugs, sweet friend! Hope your week is a great one! xoxo
