{e}. By way of Rachelle Levingston watercolorist. Thank you Audrie for yet another very inspiring artist! I enjoyed perusing Rachelle's Easy shop. And yes, there is an elephant in the room, grin.
Rachel's original painting captivated me. So much so, I got out my watercolors.
The pachyderm is a Stamps Happen Stamp called 'Her Majesty'. I used the Fabriano Bristol Hot Press 140 paper. Colored A LONG TIME. cut her out, scored the ears (oh, another [e] word]! Placed her in front of the Stampers Anonymous collage. Added a bit of texture with a dry embossing folder. Dug through my Scrabble letters for an 'E'. A piece of Basic Grey paper, some staples, and it was an example of being inspired in Rachelle Levingston's shop.
Hope you have an exceptional day. Thanks for stopping by.

Wow! Fabulous card, Susan. Love all the textures, collage items in the bg, and of course, the terrific elephant. You created such an interesting and beautiful card. Love it!

Oh, how I love this! I so wanted to do something with the elephants, but I had no images. What a great composition of stamps and textures, and I especially like the scrabble tile embellishment. Superb coloring on the elephant.
