This is for my F4A challenge found here to Bring on the Bling!
My bg is done with Radiant Pearls and alcohol on cotton balls. It is VERY shimmery though you can't really see it in the photo (the photo at this angle shows a bit more than the other photos I took). I used Top Coat Smooches on the pink dress, lots of rhinestones, and so on...
I colored her with Copic Markers and did a Monet type pointism bg for the image.
I popped up the image panel to help bring focus.
I forgot to add a sentiment...I have a "think pink" I was going to use!

Wowza Robin amazing card. I am going to have to check out that BG more when I am in front of my computer. Fantastic image too and so beautifully colored.

Robin, your coloring is always amazing! I love your image and especially how you have her framed yet her hair is flowing off the panel! This is GORGEOUS! Plenty of bling and am certain the bg shimmers beautifully too!

I can see this gorgeous card going to a young girl...perhaps for her sweet 16....or another memorable occasion, Robin. I'm ALWAYS in awe of your exquisite and perfect coloring.
