There is this very human weakness that I fall victim to way too often....it is the tendency to be attracted to things that are bad for us like cheesecake, staying up all night crafting, and handsome guys with tattoos that ride motorcycles. So, once again, I fell victim to the evil watercolors which always leave me frustrated and disappointed. I found these little flower and leaf stamps and just thought I would try one or two with a marker and water pen. That morphed into a whole pile of flowers. Then I went in search of a basket stamp which I did not know I owned.....sure sign of an addict when you own stuff you don't even remember buying. I distressed and sponged the edges and splattered some white acrylic paint. The wood bg was made by adding inks to CS with the direct to paper technique and then using the woodgrain ef. I added some crackle paste in the corners. TEL, Francie

I can so relate to "evil watercolors", but Francie, this is FANTASTIC! The flowers are glorious, and the basket is so detailed - gorgeous! The wood grain background is perfect, too. I would frame this if I had painted it!
