I wanted to try out a tri-fold card with a stamped design along the diagonal top. I stamped the first flower, masking as I went along. I stamped along the back, using the same flower pattern sequence as the front, and then trimming the top with scissors (the back & front didn't match perfectly, but close enough).
My first effort failed with this design, as I colored the flowers with copic markers, which bled thru, so I went thru the whole process again, this time with colored pencils - success! I was very happy with the pencils (just regular pencils), shading each flower with 2 colors, blending perfectly. It just goes to show, one can make cards without copics!!
I brushed on Moonlight Smooch in the flower centres, and added glossy accents on top for some pop!

Yes, we can make cards without Copics, but it sure is a lot of fun when we use them too. I do love your penciled flowers though! I would love to see it IRL because I'll bet it's even nicer than it shows up (the flower centers) in the picture!

Oh, Cindy, this is GORGEOUS! I love the flowers and how you've masked them - what a great new take on this card fold! I definitely might think about using this idea soon. Beautifully done! Hugs!
