So I was going to make my card yesterday but then...I saw how amazing the gallery was shaping up. Everyone has really pulled out their A game. I was a bit intimidated. What do you do when you're feeling the pressure....you eat! So I went out to lunch with my sister. We went to Cecil's, a fab Kosher Deli here in St. Paul, and had reubens! When I came home I was too stuffed to move and I couldn't lift even a stamp.
This morning I was better prepared to create my cooking card. I love this cute image and decided that this is what Ann looks like when she's making one of her famous cheesecakes. No doubt one of her grandchildren is peeking over her shoulder (maybe trying to get the recipe...lol). I had these cute little kitchen utensil stamps from a MS Christmas set and thought they would fit perfectly in the scene. Anyway hope you like it..now I need to get out and walk to work off some of yesterday's calories!

Everything about this is fabulous, cute and colourful all at the same time. Polly I love every single thing you create and always look forward to your uploads. I especially love your weirdo arty creations and collage cards that I aspire to make. Big hugs friend.

Well, hello, Polly! First of all, Miss Polly, YOU should never, ever feel intimated! Your work is fabulous, and I delight of it all (even though I don't comment all the time). But I love this adorable Grandma Ann in the kitchen making her fabulous cheesecakes. AND, you were wise to have that Reuben first so you could then go to your "kitchen" stamp room and whip up something as "tasty" as this! I love it right down to all the amazing utensils and that little one peeking in surely saying, "is it ready yet, grandma?" Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo
