Hi, sweet friends, and happy Saturday! I never got to play with the rest of the team for this newest remixed digi for Power Poppy, so I decided to try today. Wow, do I love Harry & David! I was inspired by these two flowers - here and here.
This little cup is a digi that was made from one of the very first clear stamp sets by Power Poppy called Marcella's Mixtape, but the cup was a bitty one. Now we can enlarge it any size we want and enjoy coloring all those sweet flowers. I chose to color my buttercups a rose (not yellow - even though they grow in lots of colors), and my little cup that could be a little pitcher is blue/turquoise. I used a new die that I've not used before from Papertrey and then just embossed the background. I did some faux piercing. Yep, I was lazy and used a multi-liner for the little dots. I did add some Wink of Stella on the petals and then added some tiny pearls. So that's it!
Thanks for taking a closer look, and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the weekend! Big hugs, sweet friends!

Just have to add my praise for this gorgeous card! So perfectly presented with your white and turquoise surround! Love the non yellow buttercups. They look fabulous and a lot like anemones which makes sense as they are related. ...I think I am rambling a bit here ...your card is super!
