This is for the F4A339 to use the ombre technique, and the MIX186 to use illegible words. The yellow bg is the ombre technique and there is writing behind the birds on the main panel. My writing is always illegible, so that part was easy. I stenciled the leaves with green ink then heat embossed them with clear embossing powder. I sprayed and blotted dylusion spreys stopping just before wearing a hole in the paper. After stamping the birds I used yellow Gelato to smudge around them so they stood out a little more. I had just found the last splatter of ink from my previous mixed media project when I got inspired to make this card....it amazes me that there are still splatters of ink in other parts of the house for days after completing a mixed media card. As usual, Francie, your bold, colorful masterpiece is a standout in the gallery! Love how you embossed the leaves to make them stand out and the white gel pen always adds so much interest! Faved!

This is a fantastic Mixed Media, Francie! Those are fabulous colors and each layer of stenciling, writing, the wow of the embossed leaves and the doodle corners are just some of the things that kept me looking at this wonderful birdy card! Super, Fantastic, Wonderful!!!

Oh, Francie, Susie is right that you are the "Queen of Color!" This is gorgeous, and I love the ombre background with these darling birds! I giggled when I read that there were enough splatters around the house for this card! Hehe! I LOVE it, Francie, and your cards always delight me and surely delight those who receive them! Beautifully done once again, dear friend! Hugs! xoxo
