I've had this free paper for ages and it was a tough first cut! I drew a wavy line, cut the paper and spaced the gap to take the letters. I put a strip of blue under the gap and added the ribbon with narrow double-sided tape before securing the panel to the card. I used another scrap of slightly darker blue for the letters, securing with Cosmic Shimmer.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! As a professional photographer I have a backdrop that looks like the paper you used and it is always one of my favorites!! Love the ruffles too!

I totally know what you mean about not wanting to cut in to a great paper. It is so stunning on this card and I love the gap and stunning ribbon you added to it. Beautifully done!
