Hi, everyone! I have combined this week's sketch with the color challenge. This week's Color Challenge is to use watermelon, curry, pumpkin pie, with the dessert option of green. (I hope it was okay to add brown as a neutral!) This is a birthday card for one of my nephews. I have used the following items from Our Daily Bread designs in the making of my card: Ride 'Em Cowboy, Wood Background, ODBD Custom Sparkling Stars Dies, and ODBD Custom Double Stitched Stars. The medium sized die-cut star was turned into a button with a hole punch and strip of leather. Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

The wood done in 2 fifferent colors for your bg looks terrific. What a great idea to mske your focal image into a star....I pinned this for future ideas. My DH and 2 sons have always tolersted my non masculin birthday cards, but I pinned this for future inspiration.
