Combining today's challenges - About Time and Frame It. Covered the water color paper with Gesso and dried, then created a Brusho water color back ground. While still damp, embossed clocks to get a more distinct emboss, then die cut. Embossed the frame, then fussy cut around the inside and outside. Stamped the 'Bird' twice, colored and layered. Cut and colored the balloons and hat, then tied the strings. Die Cut the sentiment. Assembled all the pieces onto a black base.
