Our challenge today (F4A309) is to make a card with love or for someone we love, and I think this fits the bill! I'm also using our challenge colors (CC566), and our sketch (SC576) (changed the rectangle to a heart). I used Loll Thompson's saturated watercolor technique to smoosh my bg (wc cs) with our challenge colors (basically it means that rather than swiping your ink on a craft mat before spritzing with water, you drop a few drops from your reinker). You can get more info on Loll's blog here: http://www.stampingwithloll.com/2015...colouring.html
I decided to use the bokeh technique with circle stamps and stencils and pigment white ink, stamped the sentiment, and then finally I sprayed the panel with shimmer spritz for some great sparkle. Used inlaid die cut technique for the embossed heart, and the rest is pretty clear. Oh, stamped the sentiment in memento black so it wouldn't bleed when I spritzed.
