I am your hostess this week and I have chosen Night of Navy and Baja Blue - desert is something gold (think bling, embossing, gold foil cs…). I made one card with desert and one without. For this card I masked the hills and moon and sponged to create hills and a winter sky. With the hill masks in place (each one separately), I stamped the trees in Navy. After removing the masks, I sponged around the edges of the main panel, stamped the sentiment and then splattered some acrylic white paint (diluted) to create the snow. I can’t seem to stop splattering every card in sight these days! Attached the panel to my card front with dimensionals for depth. Come and join in the challenge – you may be our next favorite!!

This is really beyond gorgeous!! I love the scene you have created. The way you have used the baja breeze around your moon and on your hills is so lovely.

I LOVE the colors you selected for this week's challenge. The peaceful, stunningly beautiful scene you have created goes perfectly with the sentiment. Love it!
