Today's Try a New Technique is "Hang Your Wreath" - to make a wreath using a die cut.
I used my Memory Box starry wreath die - cut out of gold cs. A few tiny stars come out of the wreath after cutting and I glued those amongst the background stars created by an embossing folder.
The sentiment is heat embossed in white on a strip of gold vellum.

Susan this is cool!!! I love your star wreath and the band on the bottom matches it perfectly!! Also the star embossing -- makes this spectacular!

This is really pretty Susan! I was looking at it and wondering how your ribbon was translucent. Then I saw that it was vellum - explains that! Really nice touch and I am now inspired to use that colored vellum technique!
