I heat embossed a grid design in white and then watercoloured a few of the squares in two colours of distress inks. I spritzed with a little water and then tipped my card to let the colour run.
I stamped the large sentiment in black over top of the embossing, and then used a black sharpie to fill in any black spots where the ink wouldn't stick to the embossing.

Wow, the minute I see one of your cards I want to case it AND buy the stamp! What a wonderful and creative way to use this grid and the results are spectacular! LOVE this one!
