I had great fun making my first screen divider card last week, using THIS tutorial.
So with a little free time last night, I made a Christmas one. I counted up the cards in my Christmas box this morning and was glad to find I was on target with my self-imposed quota of 4 a month...but I always need a few extras when December comes round.
I cut the panels, then stamped them. I stamped and masked the snowman and deer first, then stamped the trees. Coloured them with Couleur d'Art pencils, then sponged the sky and snow. The little snow stamp wasn't dominant enough stamped with white ink, so I used a gel pen to add all the snow.
For the base, after scoring and cutting it looked a bit stark, so I stamped snowflakes all over it in two shades of blue and it looked better. Ideally a snowflake border punch would have been perfect, but you can't have everything!
