Last night I had an Ah-ha moment when I seen the IC challenge had gone live early and I came across this bit of art inside the site. and it stuck in my head all night and I decided this morning I may as well try it so, I could think about something else. the star was sketched and colored on a sheet in a strathmore sketch book which I ripped out and cut down to fit to 5X7 but, I wanted more of a mat for it so, this card is an entire 8.5 x 11 sheet scored in half. the base is shimmery stardream and the water moved the glitter gel pen everywhere while I was coloring so, its very blingy in real life. I did hit this with my heat gun to add the sentiments with my Misti.
this was done for Lori's Dare to get dirty challenge are you playing along with us? you can find out more how to here. tfl.

This is beautiful! I love the gorgeous color! I love that you didn't cut the binder edges off the art page. You did a great job with both the IC and Lori's challenge!
