While crafting with Jody, we decided to try Heather T's technique of watercolor stamping. I colored the stamps with distress markers and some of her Spectrum Noirs aqua markers, spritzed and stamped. Had my usual unrecognizable image. Took a paint brush and tried to paint in more detail and shading. Then tried for a soft wash in the background and basically covered the whole card. Add chunky embossing powder, a gift from Peggy and so much easier than splattering. Thank you Peggy! Used pencils to bring back a little definition and accent the center of the blossom. Thanks for stopping.

Wow! Lost my notifications, but realized it when we talked, so I am back to catch what I missed!
Love the way your take on Heather's watercoloring stamping went. Your unrecognizable image really took shape with the definition of pencil magic!! I can't wait to do some of this good stuff with you soon.

Oh my! I think it turned out beautifully! Had I not read the description, I would not have had a clue that you had any difficulty whatsoever with it. So glad that you posted it.
