For this weeks Inspiration Challenge, IC495 - Schweitzer Linens - Bed Time.
I'm all about beautiful linens and a quiet and comfortable bedroom - both master and guest rooms. And is there anything more inviting than placing a small bouquet of flowers on the bed table to match your linens - I think not (she smiles).
I took my inspirations from the color of the french lilacs http://schweitzerlinen.com/lilacs-damore.html, and used Penny Blacks new, Centerpiece stamp, to create a vintage card (with ribbon no less). This so reminds me of my paternal grandmother who had a linen drawer that would make even the most organized woman drool.
Thank you Audrie, for a wonderful challenge that brings back so many memories.
Hugs,

Susie, this is out of this world gorgeous! Your cracked glass is perfectly done and love the addition of the ribbon. Thanks too, for the wonderful reminder and memories of the linen drawers!

Oh, Susie, if your guest room is as inviting as this card's gorgeous bouquet, I would bet you have a lot of guests come to stay! I can almost SMELL that delightful bouquet!
Love your presentation of this wonderful image, and the mixed colors of the flowers look so beautiful together. LOVE your cracked glass technique, which only enhances the beauty of your card. Excellent idea to include that pretty ribbon too!! A real masterpiece!!
