Some people asked me to video the full watercolor process, so I did so for this week's Mix-Ability challenge, which is all about texture. I cheated - I added texture with masking fluid, and then rubbed it off.
For both a long and a sped-up version of the video of this card, see this blog post.

Oh Lydia, this just takes my breath away. I could go on all day about how amazing I think this is. Your colors are so vibrant and you picked just the right colors to use... I always ferl that just one shade lighter or darker can make all the difference in tge world. Wow would I love a large painting of this to hang on the wall. Into my favs and pinned to my watercolor techniques board.

Gorgeous!!!
Video is also fantastic...loved watching the process. Literally laughed out loud at the dead goat comment. My husband came to check on me...that's how loud I was! Thanks for the chuckle and for sharing your creative process

This is very pretty Lydia!! I love all the bright colors!! This almost looks like it could be brushos, but I'm sure there is much more control needed here. Nice!! I'm favoriting this and will check out the video later. Thanks!! :>)
