The colour challenge for today happens to be my favourite colours all rolled into one. They are delicious in my mind, so happy are Crushed Curry, Tangerine Tango and Melon Mambo. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon and I usually take a card for the nurse. I worry for her stuck in that dark little space, so I like to take her happy cards. I think this fits the bill. I used one of my favourite flower dies, the Aster flower. I cut several of each layer, inked the edges with pink and styled them before gluing them together. I added some flower soft to the centre and twine in behind, the sentiment and some gems and sequins to catch the light overhead in her space. It is raining and overcast today so very hard to get a good picture. Thanks for looking...

I had a biopsy once and brought a card to the nurse to say thank you. I totally identify with why you want to do that. I LOVE the font in the "you" and I love the delicate brushes of color on the leaves. Just like real life. Your cards and photos look so classy. Love your card today.

Oh, my heavens! I love this card! Your aster is so beautiful, tipped with pink and molded into shape. The embossed background carries on the floral theme, and I love the die-cut sentiment! Into my faves!
