For the sketch challenge and for the "Tortoise or Hare?" challenge. I have always been, am now, and will forever and always be a tortoise, I'm afraid. It takes me f..o..r..e..v..e..r to make a card! This one took over two hours...*sigh*... I'm not sure exactly how long because there were several phone/text interruptions and such. I got the card itself done fairly quickly, but the coloring took a few stops/starts/re-gears, so back to a loooong effort to produce a card. Life as I know it ;)

Sue, I think you're being to hard on yourself. I see a lot of detail on this sweet card. Stitching, pleated ribbon, lovely designer papers, and die cutting. All that takes time, and the joy of your creativity when it's complete is worth every minute. You've done a wonderful job with the coloring and shadowing. Awesome card!

Sue, I've only used this image once and loved it and seeing your super sweet card just confirmed it. From one tortoise to another, it is totally worth the wait
