As its raining all day here, I made a second card for the WT524 : Tortoise or Hare? Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Still a tortoise here...
Sometimes we buy beautiful PP and don't want to cut it into pieces so we keep it in a drawer.
A few days ago I came across a great fold .
I tried it on a piece of copy paper because it intrigued me, but unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not make a note of the blog I found it...
But it was good to use for those lovely papers of 12" without any cut -- just by folding it.
All folded up it looks like a little gift package and it closes like you would do with a box.(see photo in the left upper corner)
The photo on the right shows when it is partially unfolded.
In the left corner you see the completely unfolded card to reveal the stamping decoration part.
The 4th photo shows the other side of the paper and this was the reason why I could not cut it up...blue prints of airplanes and more pictures !
The sentiment, airplanes and cogs are stamped with Versafine "Blue Majestic" and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
The tag is punched out and decorated with a few cogs and an iron airplane.
