For the challenge "For the Birds" CAS314 which Lee posted on the 2nd. I know...late again!
My die club group of friends took me out for a "desert only" get together for my birthday. I made 6 of these small cards all alike except each one had a different edging on the bottom. I used edge punches, SB curved edges and this Paper Smooch edge from the set called "Dots & Dashes" on this one. Half of the cards had this ribbon and the other half had a Crumb Cake 1/4 inch ribbon. The stamp (a cling one) was cut apart so all I had was the "so much" part to use with this very cool Mama Elephant "Thanks". I received some money to buys some dies for my birthday and this is one of the dies I got, as well as the Paper Smooch one. I used IO birds (trimmed a bit) form the birches set). The embossed dotted oval is from SU. I put the SU Crumb Cake card stock behind all of the different edge dies and punches to complete the card. That is what you are seeing behind the row of open dots across the bottom of this card. The ribbon is unknown.(all I had was a yard of it). I made these mostly all in one day (a record of productivity for me). I made the prototype idea on the night before and then added to it as I came up with other idea's the next day when I completed the 6.The half pearls are actually a light tan color and went well with the Crumb Cake.
Thank you so much for stopping by for a look! It is ALWAYS appreciated...

Six cards--that would be a record of productivity for me too--well-done!!! These are beautiful, Peggy, as usual. I really like the texture of your cardstock--is that from an embossing folder or simply the texture of the Bazzil cardstock? I have that SU oval EF and have never used it--clearly I need to play with it, this is so lovely!!! I really like the color combination, very elegant!
