I combined the colors with the Teapot challenge today. This card will go off to Julie Gearinger's DH, Dave, who is in the midst of chemo for a rare cancer. I hope this cheers him!
I bought a deck of cards with eagles on them many years ago, and finally I'm getting to use one!
P.S. I hope you can see the sponged daffodil in the clouds and mountains!

Yes - can definitely see the yellow in the clouds. The image from the card is just perfect. The eagle looks so majestic and brave. Just perfect for someone undergoing this type of treatment.

Gorgeous but manly. Love the softness of the sponging. Your eagle is so stunning. Love the addition of the red ribbon. WOW! TFS :0)

I saw your fabulous card in the gallery earlier when I was uploading my card. I could hardly wait to have enough time to go through the gallery to comment on it. It is perfect in all respects Anne. Vancouver is about a one hour drive from some of the best eagle terrain on the continent. They come here to nest and there are many tours to go see the spectacle. Even right in Vancouver there are always lots of eagle sightings. It is incredible to see them in flight.
