Good morning, sweet friends! It's cold around the country, so here's a "taste" of spring for you. It's the newest Power Poppy digital image called French Lilac, and isn't it such a lovely image? It was fun to color, and I used Labels 28 for the focal image and Devine Eloquence atop Lavender Lace card stock for a fancy frame that seems to fit this elegant lilac. I'm feeling so much better, and it felt so good to make a card this week - my second one this year! I definitely feel more like stamping now that I have recovered from my surgery!
Thanks for taking a closer look, and I hope you like it! If you want it, it's yours to play with today - it's why I love digital images (buy, receive, print, and color on the same day - hehe!). Visit my blog for some thoughts about using digital images.
Big hugs and stay warm, everyone!

Absolutely stunning, Cheryl. Power poppy sure knew what they were doing when they asked you to design for them. Your cards are always a stand out in the gallery. Pinned this to my board of fantastic copic coloring. Right into my favs.

This is such a beauty, Cheryl. I love the divine elegance openwork border around your gorgeous lilac cluster. I can almost smell them. We are at -28 here, but they are saying the wind chill is like -40. Cozy fire going to warm the toes

OH this SOOOOO gorgeous! LOVE the beautiful design of this... Your gold pen work is spectacular and takes this card to the next level of wonderfulness. Your stellar coloring of this image brings this image to life and you have framed it to perfection! The sentiment is one of my favorites and it is the ideal pairing with your lovely "French Lilac"....sigh... pure joy to gaze upon!

What a wonderful card. I have been looking for this one - ever since I saw the new digital image from PP. I knew you would produce something wonderful with it. Your image is perfectly framed as well. This is just so well done. One of my favourites.

So happy to hear you're feeling better, Cheryl! This is so beautiful - makes me anxious to see the lilac bushes blooming again and enjoying their lovely fragrance.
