Mary chose wonderful colors for today; Cherry Cobbler, Early Espresso, Garden Green, Neutral: White and for Dessert: use a tree on your card.
Well, I did not use the whole tree but branches from the holly, pine and etc...
This is also for
TLC510 ~ Scrappy Backgrounds ~ (12/01/14) by joan Ervin
I chose these two;
4. Use only patterned paper, only cardstock, or mix them up!!
6. Make sure at least half of the background is covered with at least 3 or more different colored or designer papers.
I made the pinecones with a i.o. chick shape die and drew the layers with a gold uniball pen and a dark brown copic marker. The different pieces of greenery are from various dies and punches that have been hanging around. The swirly background and diagonal sentiment strip were all previously made for no reason.
I needed this challenge to make this card happen. Thank you Joan for the challenge.
Thanks for viewing!

Of course, it is beautiful, as always. I love your pine cones and have been meaning to make some with punches. Time is what I need.

I love the swirly die cut background! The diagonal sentiment panel anchored by your wonderful pinecone and greenery cluster is very classy. Lovely card!
