When my sister, BobbiesGirl, asked me for help making the spirelli tree by Susie Nelson made for TLLC505, I fell in love with it and ended up using it for my Christmas cards this year, and just in case you're curious, I've made about 80 of them. I love the way Birgit used some corrugated paper on this card, so I thought I'd use that idea with my spirelli trees. I have a bunch of this corrugated paper that was used as protective wrapping on a sofa we purchased a couple of years ago. I confiscated any that was usable amidst some eye rolling from my family. But I do love being able to use stuff that was free and would otherwise be thrown away.

Melody, as you know, I really love this card. The tree is perfect! And the gold star is the perfect finishing touch. Congrats on making 80 of these! I make different cards each month to build up my Christmas stash. Something about my personality doesn't allow me to make so many of the same design. LOL!
(Which reminds me, I still need to post photos of the Christmas cards I made for 2014. I need to get a "round tuit.")
