This card is for today's CAS and TLC challenges. I uploaded a card last week using this style of quilt blocking. It is really fairly easy to do. You just have to cut 1/2" strips of DSP and line them up along the square you placed in the center of your base layer. I needed a small center layers, so I went with the small Tree for all Seasons. I stamped this in black ink and then lined my punch up on the diagonal to the image instead of flat on to the base of the image. You mark a center X on your base CS by measuring half way along two side and marking the point. Draw a pencil line lightly to intersect at the center. Place the points of your punched image on these guide lines. Lay one strip of paper starting at the edge your square until it trails off the base CS piece. Trim the excess. Start your next strip along the inside edge of your previous strip and your image square. Continue working your way around the panel until your strips cover the entire base. Layer and finish your card as desired.

------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.
Your background is gorgeous!!! I love the way you added the ribbon and snowflake; it looks like the snowman square is an ornament! Terrific card! Thanks for playing along!
